How pay is worked out
Paid per 40 minute lesson taught, with a basic rate plus man-to-man remuneration. All Instructors start at the competitive rate of 1652 yen per 40 minute lesson taught (1452 yen basic rate + 200 yen man-to-man remuneration)
Payment schedule
Pay is made on the 25th of the following month. Payment is made for all services rendered in a given month on the 25th of the following month.
