You can teach while travelling if you have a stable internet connection, a quiet workspace and a neat background, without distracting noise, interruptions or people walking behind you.
A teaching qualification is required. Examples include a degree in English Philology for Polish non-native speakers, or CELTA, TEFL or an equivalent certificate for native speakers.
At least one year of experience teaching English.
A clean criminal-record check is required if you teach children, teenagers or young adults. In that guidance, Fluentbe also describes checking the Polish sex-offender register before the contract is signed.

How pay is worked out: Rates are set individually and updated quarterly, based on experience, availability, performance in the demo lesson and contract type. Estimated monthly earnings for part-time or full-time work may range from 1,000 to 9,600 Polish zloty.
Payment schedule: Pay is sent by the 10th day of the following calendar month.
Payment method: Bank transfer, PayPal or Payoneer, with payments available in Polish zloty, euros, US dollars or British pounds.
Bonuses: Teachers who refer a colleague must notify Fluentbe after the colleague applies. The referral bonus is 250 Polish zloty, or its equivalent in another currency, when the referred teacher starts teaching, with another 250 Polish zloty after they complete 100 teaching hours.

Fluentbe provides training, mentoring and teaching materials. Webinars are optional, and recordings are available.

How applying works: Fluentbe says it gives individual feedback within 24 hours after the interview.
The demo lesson: The interview lasts about 20 to 40 minutes, starting with introductory questions followed by a demo lesson.
Onboarding: Onboarding is unpaid.
The first month: Onboarding starts with a welcome meeting explaining the next steps.
