This form prepares an email draft for you to review and send from your own account. Submitting the form does not publish a report on the site. Plain Chalk does not yet have a representative teacher earnings dataset.
Sending email reveals your sender address and anything in your signature to the recipient. Please leave out identity documents, bank details, student information and private records about other people.
