Hours and time zone: Teaching runs between 06:00 and 20:00 Eastern Time; peak demand is Monday to Thursday 16:00–20:00 ET, with Saturday availability between 06:00 and 20:00 Eastern Time. Commit to a minimum of 10 teaching hours per week. Teaching hours fall between 06:00 and 20:00 Eastern Time (ET), subject to Daylight Saving adjustments. A noise-cancelling headset, HD webcam and quiet, professional teaching environment. Noise-cancelling headset with microphone. HD webcam (720p or higher). Quiet, professional, and well-lit teaching environment suitable for online instruction.
A UPS or alternative backup power solution supporting equipment for four to five hours is highly recommended. Power Backup UPS or alternative backup power solution capable of supporting equipment for 4–5 hours is highly recommended.

Nice to have
