EFL/ESL teacher

Job Summary

Were looking for qualified teachers to work with us at our academies in Cangas de Ons and/or Infiesto.

Teachers must have the right to work in Spain, and a CELTA, Trinity CertTESOL or equivalent.

Ages range from VYLs to adults, levels from beginner to C2, max 8 students per class.

We expect teachers to work as a team, share ideas, ask for and lend support when needed, report on any issues in a timely manner, and teachers can expect the same from us.

25 hours / week (25 lessons of 50 mins + 10 mins admin time between classes = c. 21 contact hours + 4 admin hours per week), starting 1 October 2026 and ending 31 May 2027. Net pay 1350/ month (after tax & NI deductions), holidays and no-school days as per the Asturias school calendar published on the educastur website.

Part time paid proportionately

1350/month net pay (after tax and NI deductions) for 25 hours/week (25 lessons of 50 mins + 10 mins admin between classes = c.21 contact hours + 4 admin hours). Holidays and no-school days as per school calendar.

Part-time may be an option, paid proportionately.
