- Native English speaker.
- Hold a Master's degree or higher in English Linguistics, English Literature, Education, or related fields; OR hold a Master's degree in another field and possess a TEFL certificate; OR hold a Master's degree in another field and have at least two years of full-time English teaching experience (with teaching experience covering areas such as Academic English, General English courses, etc.).
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in teaching English at Chinese universities.
- Have a good understanding of and a positive stance toward China. Possess strong professional ethics, be honest and trustworthy, and dedicated to the profession.
